1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website are considered final.

We do not offer refunds for products purchased from our website. Once an order has been placed and processed, customers are not eligible for a refund due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product arriving damaged.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Replacement for Damaged Products

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or delivery, you may contact us to request a replacement.

To be considered for a replacement, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Reporting period: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of damage: Provide clear photographs or videos showing the damaged product and, where relevant, its packaging.
  • Order details: Provide your order number and the contact details used to place the order.
  • Product verification: The reported damage must be reviewed and verified by our team.

Please retain the product and its original packaging until our team has reviewed your request. We may request additional information to assess the claim.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement for a damaged product:

  2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs or videos of the affected product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional details.
  4. If your claim is approved, we will communicate the replacement arrangements to you.

Replacement requests submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Replacement Conditions

  • Replacements are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • An approved replacement will be for the damaged product or an appropriate equivalent, subject to availability and applicable law.
  • A replacement is not a cash refund or store credit.
  • Products that are not damaged during delivery are not eligible for replacement merely because of a change of mind or personal preference.
  • Please contact us before returning or shipping any product to us. Do not send products back without our instructions.

Nothing in this policy excludes remedies required by applicable law for defective, deficient, incorrect, or otherwise non-compliant products.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items
